Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan. That's why we offer a few exceptions to our no-return policy.

Short-dated items: If you receive items with a shorter expiration date than what was promised during the order process, we will accept returns on these if you inform your sales representative within 48 hours after delivery. Please note, returns of this nature are not possible for pre-order items, only products that are in stock at the time of ordering.

Incorrect items: If you have received an incorrect item due to our errors in packing or other cause, we will of course accept a return for those items. Again, you must contact your sales representative immediately to arrange a return of the items in question. If there are items missing from your order, we may either resend the missing items or apply credit towards your next order.

Damaged goods: In the case of broken or damaged goods delivered locally by us, returns will be accepted on the conditions that such damages are well documented. This means taking pictures of all angles of the damaged case/s. Customers are also required to immediately notify their sales representative with a filled-out Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

To request a return:

Contact your sales representative within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide them with the order number and a description of the problem.

If approved, they will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the items carefully and ship them back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

We will process your return and issue a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
