Payment Policy

Payment Terms

• New accounts: All new customers must complete a New Account/Credit Application. We will review your application and may approve you for a line of credit. If you are approved, we will provide you with the terms and amount of your line of credit.

• Prepayment: If your account is not approved for credit, you must prepay for all orders before we will begin picking and packing. You can pay by ACH, wire transfer, or certified bank check.

• Payment delays: The delay in processing your payment will depend on the payment method you choose. ACH and wire transfers are usually processed within a few hours, while certified bank checks can take up to 3 or 4 days.

• Customers with a line of credit: Customers with a line of credit must make payments within the agreed terms. If you fail to make a payment on time, your line of credit may be revoked and you will be required to pay in advance for any future orders.

• Credit card payments: MCU Distributors does not accept credit card payments of any kind. We also do not take payments through our website.
